Don't fall for his supposed infrastructure drive within the Ghana Armed Forces even though it was novelty within the GAF. Anyone who does not overhaul the primordial and slavish Ghana Armed Forces regulations which seeks to keep the soldier or other rank in perpetual servitude to the officers is a JOKE and at best a slave rider.

What they're good at is ceremonies and designing themselves with ranks they don't deserve and has no knowledge about and taking entrenched positions to keep the soldier,hitherto addressed as OR ORDER RANK in perpetual servitude. I read about military assistance that Russia Federation Republic want to give to the Nigerian government to fight terrorism in Nigeria and West Africa.
History had it that during the Nigerian civil war in the 1960s United States of America and her NATO allies supported the Biafra separatists with training and arms.
It was the Soviet Union then, which came to rescue the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
However, in 1979 Segu Shagari, then president of Nigeria stabbed the Soviet Union at the back by sending some Islamists in Nigeria to Peshawar Valley, Pakistan to fight the Soviet Union for occupying Afghanistan.
Those chickens came home, just as in the case of the US, a situation I wrote about in August 2001, two weeks in before the US chickens in Afghanistan came home to roost.
It is NATO and Israel that brought the Islamic State to Africa and cannot fight their own chickens, unless they go back some day to roost.
So, it's only Russia that can assist African countries to fight ISIS and similar terrorist Islamic groups on the continent of Africa.
