Many lawyers interviewed on Joy news said they are not in agreement with the GBA position because an interpretation from the Supreme Court in 2004 renders their arguments invalid. The GBA president must be arrested for scamming the majority of lawyers who were not present at this emergency session of the GBA.

Meanwhile they should have requested for the decision of the Council of State that determine the prima facie to study first. Then if the GBA is not convinced about the decision, they could then write. But it is, they have made a mistake for which they are requesting.
