1.for the president to have given the petition to the counsel of state , and acted same upon the advice of the counsel of state alone - is a published procedure. The president did not keep the petition at his office, and acted capriciously with his powers as President
as long as the president has followed the laydown procedure to come to conclusion by signing the memo that has to suspend the cj alone is a published procedure.
2.
The counsel of state members who listened to the petitioners case, and at the same time red the response of the cj ALONE IS A PUBLISHED PROCEDURE that has been fair to the suspended CJ
3.
The president as long as acted through the laydown procedure show clearly that - it is the counsel of state that has suspended the CJ, here the president has been just a conveyer belt has just deliver the goods from the petitioners to counsel of state and from counsel of state to the CJ.
if these fools at the GBA make any stupid move they must face a total ban because they want to use that body to do politics.

How can one association be blowing hot and cold at the same time? In one breath hold proceedings in camara then in another should be public. The GBA used to respected as the voice of the voiceless in society but now they have become the voice of a political party. How can a potential ORAL victim's relation be neutral?

What John Dramani Mahama is doing makes me remember when the PNDC which metamorphosed to become the NDC on June 30th 1982 when Jerry John Rawlings announced that Cecilia Koranteng Addo a nursing mother judge was executed by agents of the PNDC along with two other judges and a retired military officer.The deceased female judge was known to have a brave spirit.Whilst she knelt down and was shot at by Amedeka and his group of marauding soldiers and a civilian PNDC member she continued to move forward until her soul could not take the ballistic gunshots any further.Ghanaians should not allow him to capsize Ghana’s democracy.
