  Who gave the permission to build a restaurant at a fuel station? This is how irresponsible our state institutions are across the nation. Under normal circumstances, (and in a country where there is rule of law) the official who granted the permision would have been arrested and prosecuted in court. Anyway, many thanks to the Ghana National Fire Service for taking their responsibility to shut down the restaurant. I hope similar exercises will be carried out across the country.
