There's no restriction as to the number of justices that can be appointed but previous presidents were used wisdom to chose the numbers in order to maintain balance and fairness. Akufo Addo came and decided to pack the judiciary with known npp member in order to fulfil his agenda. Now the flood gate has been open so let no one complain. If Akufo Addo has the right to appoint 13 justices then JM has the right to appoint 26 justices. Has anyone violated the law? So long as it's within their lawful jurisdiction that's fine.
