  What is the use of that medical officer there. If he shows leadership by using service data to convince stakeholders to contribute they can get him a theatre.
  Now a theatre definitely would need a blood bank and a small laboratory, and a ward to ensure it effectively serves its purpose.
  The district director should visit Bongo and find out how the efforts of Dr Jonathan Addah, Dr Baysyinah, Dr Razak turned the Bongo Health Centre to a district hospital.
  If there is an Agenda 111 hospital being built in Zuarungu what the hell does the health centre need a major theatre.

  Otumfuo's intervention is a good case study, we never hear such interventions up north.
