  Deal similarly with Milleniym city managers who have caused a lot of pain to land owners. government must put a check on these so called land sdministrators who continue to extort rates from occupant , amounts which ordinarily should be going to government as tax rates a the chiefs and people. The developers law must be streamlined. We value their intervention for orderly development.However they are usurping government role.
