  What is wrong if it is harshness? One of our major problems in Ghana is the lack of discipline in the country. A Presidential order should be adhered to without delay but because they are undisciplined they never took the order seriously. We need to change our attitude to work if we are serious with transforming the nation.
  
  On another note see how the Ministers behaved when the President was addressing them at the Flagstaff House. Most of them were chatting with each other and not listening to the President's speech. A clear display of disrespect to the President. They need to be disciplined otherwise we cannot achieve the transformation which we are yearning for.
