Our security problems are raw problems to be dealt with by police, the military and intelligence ie armed robbery, car jacking, smuggling or arms into the country, tribal warfare (Bawku), Peki-Tsito etc. The criminals we have here do not move money through the "net". They move it physically. Even if you were right, with her basic High School education, I don't think she was in any serious or sensitive position in the banks she worked for her to have acquired the expertise one needs in tackling unusual movement of cash,

This country, we educate ourselves for nothing. Where we have the most "qualified" finance people and lawyers are the very institutions where there is most graft and corruption. We have enior medical doctors who violate their most basic professional oaths of office by turning away patients and who do not even know how to administer common First Aid procedures. We have educated parliamentarians and lawyers who comport themselves in public like this and hooligans. We have Yale educated senior public office holders who do not seem to have ever heard of the term, "conflict of interest" and on and on. Let us stop pretending that our certificates mean anything more than a cushy job, plenty of salary and massive corruption opportunities. Who do we think we are fooling?

Ghana has to change that stupid mindset. This sort of appointments have not helped us yet we have not learnt anything from it.
