That's a good omen for the central bank! The Mahama reset is in progress and it's a complete departure from Akuffo Addo's central bank governor, Ernest Addison who declared Ghc60.8bn loss in 2023 and minted over Ghc77bn for Akuffo Addo Nebbucadenaazer government. But one thing I expect Mahama to do is to declare a state of emergency on galamsey in forest reserves and water bodies to checkmate the menace of galamsey!!

Can someone stop this man. The drop in the dollar against the Ghana cedis is not because of Government of Ghana's effort in controlling volatility. It is simply USA's tarrifs levied on the world. As a result the world and for that matter, China and Japan the largest holders of USA bond are selling their bonds and moving them away from the US treasury. The world no longer have confidence in the USA hence, the decline of the dollar against all currencies of the world. Ask yourself, if it is the Ghana cedis performing against the dollar, we should start seeing drops in goods and services and other major currencies as the pounds should be dropping as well. Stop throwing dust in people's eyes please. I sympathise with NDC but I will not take this lie
