    It has become conspicuously clear NPP and their affiliates such as the Electoral Commission that the era of Unanimous FC is permanently over because Resetting Ghana Agenda is going on unabated

    To declare a winner for an election you don't have to count every ballot casted.
    The rule is 50% + 1 vote creates a winner.
