Surprised? Mahama was to construct 5,000 Saglemi affordable housing units with 200 million dollars. He did 1,500 units with 198 million dollars. Ghanaians were to buy 1 unit for 132,000usd or Ghs528,000 using exchange rate of 1usd to Ghs4. This is without profit. If he had done 5,000 units, 1 unit would've been 39,600usd or Ghc158,400. This Ghs158,400 could build a 4 bedroom house in 2016. Ghs528,000 could buy you a luxurious 4 bedroom house in a Gated Community. Nkrumah was never corrupt so he was able to achieve much in few years. Mahama may be a born again now but he was a criminal and enemy of the state before his defeat in 2016. He is not even 1 percent near the Osagyefo Dr Nkrumah so Nana with all due respect, don't annoy Ghanaians.
