Breached which laws?Do you understand wat bribe is?Greedily and secretly accepting an item or money from someone for one's personal gains in order to also reciprocally grant the person an undue advantage over something eg promotion,position,a contract etc How do u call a person who took a gift,declares it to the full view of everybody,don't use it for any personal purpose,dont give it to any of his long infinite names from his extended family,but unselfishly dedicates it to the service of his nation,as a bribe?And no laws bars him from receiving a gift as u are trying to suggest,it rather state,'s that,when the value exceeds certain threshold,you declare it and in turn gives it to the state.So it could only have bn classified as a bribe madam dumbhead,if he had hidden and used them personally,on for you to later have found out.
