    Hello kid, Rawlings never drafted any constitution. Ghana Bar Association and others refused to participate in drafting the 1992 constitution. If you refused to participate, fools would decide for you, the saying goes.

    The opportunity for an appeal exists under article 132 of the Constitution. The Supreme Court can entertain an action to review the actions of the committee under article 146.
