However, unknown to Rawlings, Akufool Addo harboured a deep hatred for him and was looking for an opportunity to remove him from his path in order to execute his looting agenda. When Rawlings contracted COVID-19, his treatment fell into the hands of the government, and Akufool Addo utilised that golden opportunity to get rid of him.
