I am so disappointed. I sent my birth certificate for reprinting and paid the fee is exactly 1 year now .always when I visit their office at shiashi they said is pending . The guys there working won't even listen to you

Passport delivery was available during Nana Addos tenure. It is an option to pick it up or have it delivered to your place of choice. This is nothing new
