  Even 100 early in the morning can do a big job on a Minister that can be breakfast. We should not accept that even. Fighting corruption is something we should not accept at all. It should be zero if we are serious people.

What are the earnings of people in Ghana in both the public and private sector? Public sector employees who provide many of the services that Ghanaians don't earn much and would ¢20,000 influence their actions? The threshold for disclosing gift should be very low if we are to effectively fight corruption. Have you considered the cumulative effect of receiving several ¢20,000 each from different sources and personal Where is the law on code of conduct for civil servants???
