  What's this tribal chief think he is doing. Is he trying to usurp power over the constitutionally elected President by awarding him a medal. Is this chief behaving as if he is the ki g of Ghana. Even King Charles of UK, a constitutional monarch does not engage in granting award to the Prime Minister of the UK. This chief is attempting to undermine our constitutional and democratic arrangement in order to advance an Asante nation superior to all other constituent tribes that make up the nation Ghana. It's a very subtle action but he is not fooling some of us who are savvy. It's treason for any citizen of Ghana to usurp the authority of the Constitution.
