  Ghanaweb is obviously projecting Haruna. So doesn’t the deputy minister have a name and picture? The decent thing to do would have been to at least mention the deputy minister who gave a speech on behalf of Haruna.

  Instead of utilizing our resources properly to ensure education of our youth, these block heads of NPP and NDC politicians are always dependent on other people who do not necessarily have the interest of our country at heart.
  
  Ghana is really a joke.
