  Charles Bissue has no regard to the laws of Ghana .
  This man is on trial for corruption and he has the audacity to request the judge to release his passport so that he can go abroad for further studies. This man has complete disregard for our judicial system and he must be shown power by the judge that Ghanaians are not fools . This is lack of respect for the judge and our laws. These criminals should pay the price for their crimes.
  All those officials of the NPP who are to appear before ORAL or EOCO must have their passports confiscated, place under house arrest and banned from traveling out of the country until they have finished with their cases .
