  The minister has a big problem. Is she saying the appointees do t have a sense of their own and have to rubber stamp anything from above . They are in the constituencies and know better . Let them be independent in discharge ...

Let them be independent in discharge of their mandate . If you care to know , one thing I like president Mahama ix his independency , when he was a member of parliament , he had been very objective . He sometimes goes against the NDC party stand on matters of principle and fairness , he was a man who praises where necessary and criticise his own party if he has to. Please stop threating government appointees . You are the challenge
