    As such the wording is not a names person..it's anyone who is the chief justice at the time. The acting person the head and assumes the role of president it's common sense..there is no crisis here

    This is an archaic constitutional rule in modern times and should be amended. Presidents don't cease to be presidents when outside the country. Modern communications makes it possible to stll govern from outside the country.
