  Narrow mindedness! The Philippines made $34 billion last year from official direct remittances by philippinos working overseas. What we need is a policy to train our people in many professions, including nursing. We then facilitate their placement overseas as foreign workers. The very fact that we are complaining about brain drain means we are not training enough people! Education, education, education! That is how we teach the youth that galamsey is not a career choice. Narrow minded people!
