  All these lawyers forget that the Judge after studying the defense evidence can decide whether those evidence can be used/brought. Also the Judge can decide to hold some portions of trial in camera.

  The threat of disclosing State secrets in neither here or there. ...just empty threat! That defense lawyer is going to mess up the defense's case.
