  Change the rules.for the rightful use of phones in school. Some teachers collect students phones and wait for them to complete.school for them to decode the phones and use.

  I think GES should have a policy on the use of cell phones by the students in the high schools. The irony is that these parents will have a problem of paying their school fees but can afford expensive phones for their children.
  I have a niece in High school when her terminal report came and the grades were poor I took her phone away and reduced her pocket money and then we had a serious Uncle - niece conversation. She completed and earned 6As and 4Bs. Now she is at the unversity study Medical laboratory Science and she is very proud of her achievements.
  It is not easy these days to raise a child
  I suggest students should have only flip non smart phones. The phones are a distraction to academics.

  Arrest all those involve immediately, don't beg them to come back to school, abolish cell phoned use in schools period through out the country .
