We thank God for the rise of the price of gold which has become the temporal reserve since the mess started in the US. Let's pray that gold prices do not fall drastically because we are likely to be exposed again.

Noting that the world market price of Gold has gone up and the depreciation of the USD are significant factors accounting for the price of the Ghana cedi. Let’s not read too much politics into this. But if the cedi was depreciating, then it’s the fault of Govt, but if it’s appreciating against the dollar and other currencies then its external factors..Do u know Ghana’s currency is now the best performing currency globally..It’s in New York Times and the Bloomberg..I didn’t write that..let’s give the Govt credit when they deserve..I should rather tell u to stop the bias politics..
