Rich European countries would never spend this much money on a car for a government employee. Is he not paid? There needs to be a law that clearly states that all official vehicles used by departing officials must be handed over to their various agencies on the day that the officials are scheduled to leave their positions.

They are all doing it, even some civil servants both retirees and those in current service are hiding government vehicles, some too are project vehicles. Those ministries such Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Food and Agriculture , Ministry of Trade , Ministry of Roads and Highways etc. National Security should start checking vehicles all of Ghana. We criminals who claimed they are educated and elites. They are crooks , stealing lands and destroying the system.
