  You don't even read.This figure was recovered between 2020 and 2023 who was in government at that time. We need to extend our free education to all who need it.

  Auditor general is not wrong this time but the ruling gov.and finance minister. The denial of these fundings are the denials of the gov.ongoing projects which were left uncompleted by the immediate past gov.,lead by Nana Akuffo Addo. It would have been better to go for a loan. Because refinancing of the uncompleted gov.projects with the retrieved monies does not promote any growth and development with exception of redirection of funding into best priorities and accountability. Forgetting wastage of resources and projects re-assigning cost.

  An audit service lacks sense of direction in the discharge of duty. For instance,a teacher was audited after a month of transfer to a new teaching area but it was surprising that the audit report could not advise that the teacher had exceeded the quota or number of transfers for the full acceptance of the transfer. Moreover,the audit report couldn't advise against a cross border transfer on a teacher categorisation. Furthermore,the audit report couldn't advise against the year interval of transfer and etc.The audit service could not make any good use of the data collected and this has led to a judicial war between GES and the teacher.-Pres.Mahama,CJ,OSP.
