  The Southern Regions fully funded the needs of the entire Ghana. The Northern Regions had everything for free. Now is the time for the Northern Regions to pay back. The Northern Regions must pay for every project in Ghana from now on and on. The Southerners must also have the right to enjoy the free lifestyles, too. The NDC Reset must do that.

  The Northern Regions must from now on and on fully fund all the development projects in Ghana. It is payback time. The Northern Regions must pay for the New City which JD Mahama wants to build. That's what the NDC Reset must do. The Southern Regions of Ghana also have the right to enjoy "government funded" (financed by the Northern Regions) lifestyles, too.
