  Drainage situation in the entire Lakeside is poor and inadequate for the volume of groundwater flow. The sighting of the new Shell Fuel Station is disastrous . There is not enough channel for smooth water flow around the Shell. It is too close to the dam and lies too low. The gutter in front is very small. The Authorities who gave the permit did a poor job. Any slight flooding around the area can be very deadly bcos the Shell is at the main entrance of the Entire Estates with residents just across the adjoining streets. Let us not wait unconcerned until disaster strikes.
