  When NPP tried to decongest the city, I remember the posture of NDC telling hawkers etc to resist, and the exercise died a natural death so, what do you think will happen if NPP urge Ghanaians to resist?
  
  The beauty of the capital benefit us all and any exercise to clean it should be devoid of politics something NDC loves to do.

  You are just joking and wasting resources. From Post office up to Cocoboard areas should be declared RED ZONE. Educate drivers, shoppers about it and how to manage these areas. We have seen this before, it's doesn't work.
