A development plan for Ghana can be of immense benefit if it is accepted and adhered to by subsequent governments.
I do not know anything about law but I suggest that the necessary legal framework be put in place to compel all future governments to follow to the letter the dictates of any future development plan to be put in place.
Past governments of Ghana have paid lip.service to the idea of development plan and this has robbed the nation of the necessary development. I think the time is up for us to depart from this perpetual backwardness.
