I wonder how such idiots can parade around as experts!! Tinted windows actually keep homes cool by blocking harmful UV and IR radiation from entering our homes. Granted, wearing tight underwear can cause low sperm count but not high ambient temperatures otherwise all our farmers will be infertile having to work under the hot sun up to 8 hours a day. Please, respectfully, this so called expert is no expert.
