  Come next year the same thing will happen and the same story told. Do our dear country Ghana have POSTIVE THINKERS who can find solutions to this problems. What is the work of TOWN AND COUNTY PLANNING, (2) The city AMA, KMA just name them. Even those marketing on the pavements, can't a market be made for them so they will leave the streets alone? What is the usefulness of your education? Apply it wisely and stop fooling

  Sound advice but point 2 from NADMO raises lots of questions avoiding the wrong place to build.

  Surely you need planning permission so from the start when a survey is does you will receive a warning not to build and a permit will never be given to build.
  
  These insitutions do not do their jobs probsbly through incompetence and malpractice but there are no repercussions for them despite them being the main contributiry factor to the flood problem.
