We were deceived that the Korean company was going to build barracks complex for Ghana Police Service and about USD250 million was paid by Ghana government but it became fiascop. No single block was laid after the sod-cutting. Nana Addo came to power but made no attempt to hold the culprits involved accountable for that scam for a reason best known to him.
