After just 3 months of NDC government, Mintah Akandoh commissioned a hospital in Ga Rural but did not mention NPP. He is going round commissioning Agenda 111 hospitals. Meanwhile when NDC was in opposition, he said Agenda 111 was a scam. Mahama went to Parliament to say that none of Agenda 111 hospitals had been completed. God will expose, disgrace and punish all of them one by one. He has started with Sammy Gyamfi.
