Without long term development plans, this is just a 4 year talk shop. Next government will change everything. Check out the Chinese model. 10-20 year development plans and they stick it throughout.
It is a way of diverting state funds for party political activities. All these members of the Committee are going to be paid Fat Allowances like board of directors of SOEs.They will intend contribute to NDC 2028 Campaign.
