That's a wrong question. He was there at the restaurant with his client. The judges came in. Not even all the judges alleged to be at that meeting. Only Kulendi actually went to Sory table to greet him. They were inches partners at Kulendi @law firm before Sory started his own law firm. They are same tribe but there's been some bad blood going on though they remain professional. Just check Sory at law website and look for his article or Google "over the bar Kulendi" and you will see scathing criticism of Kulendi judgment at the SC.
HE Sorry never went to the table of the judges. He only nowed to acknowledge them when he was told by Kulendi they are sitting in one corner. No talk no discussion.
Sorry was not alone. He was with his client also a lawyer and there were other lawyers in the restaurant.
That's why he said people should fact check. The witness are many and there is CCTV there to verify if he even went to the judges. Pwamang was not at the restaurant
