  It must be mandatory for top government officials especially the President, the Vice President, the Speaker of Parliament and the Chief Justice to have their health status declared publicly. Those officials are in direct line to the apex political power and the taxpayers who foot their bills must be fully informed. S/he who dislikes public scrutiny must stay away from public power.

  The public has a right to know the details of public officials' health conditions. If kept secret, many public officials with serious health issues who are not able to fully perform their duties will simply hide behind the cloak of confidentiality while public services suffer and they continue to harvest tax payers money. If you do not wish to have your health conditions released to the public, then get your rear-end into the private sector.
