  BAWUMIZA KEEPS TALKING ABOUT DIGITIZATION YET HE HAS NO IDEA THAT IN SOFTWARE ENGINEERING WE ANALYSE, ARCHITECT, DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT WITH TESTING TRAVERSING DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION.
  
  IF IT WERE IDEAS ALONE, GHANAIANS HAVE ALWAYS COME UP WITH BRIGHT IDEAS. IT IS THE DESIGNING AND IMPLEMENTATION THAT BEATS US AND THAT WAS EXACTLY WHAT BEAT BAWUMIA. HE COULD NOT IMPLEMENT HIS IDEAS EFFECTIVELY ASSUMING HE ORIGINATED THE IDEA.
  
  ONE THING, GIVEN THE SITUATION THE NPP DROVE THE COUNTRY'S ECONOMY INTO, THAT IDEA VIRTUALLY PRESENTED ITSELF. ANYONE IN THEIR POSITION WOULD HAVE GONE FOR THE OPTION THEY HAD MUCH CONTROL OF, WHICH OBVIOUSLY, WAS GOLD.
