  How can a broken down vehicle be left by the side of a major road for over three months without being towed away ? Where were the police and the road safety officers. All they know is to collect bribes . The owner of the road loader must be held responsible for the death of the motorist. Do you think in any advanced country a broken down vehicle would be left by the road side unattended for that long period of time. Why don’t we learn or apply common sense. Our way of thinking is so pathetic.

  Very sorrowful and unexpected exit, i think authorities must take a quick action towards this issue, the said company that owns the machine should not go unpunished.
