  It is a personal experience and an advise to public to stay away from such a gov.move which demands more than encouragement after years of unpaid lock- up funds to customers of the 347 microfinance institutions. And it is possible that this could be the next strategy of Pres.Mahama's led administration. Iam witch hunting,may be a cat hunter.
