    Are you aware that the States have higher courts or supreme and appeal courts that have a final say on the state laws and state constitutions?

    In the US each of the 50 States has separate Court system from the lowest court to the Supreme Court. The US Supreme Court deals with matters which borders on the US Constitution, not like Ghana where a matter from the lowest ...
