The other allegations are baseless but personal. President Mahama, the First Lady and Vice president can individually agree to sue Mr. Wontumi for defamation. The bank is a person in the eyes of the law, it can also sue Mr. Wontumi for whatever reason. The questions are; did he eat our 50 million cedis for nothing? Was there any payment made at all? If yes, why was this payment made, and to whom?
