  Hahahaha you are joking. For all you know the GSS itself was bribed to change the findings. The truth is, no one can go to any government institution for any transaction without paying bribe. Is it the police station, the courts, DVLA, hospitals or THE WHERE? They have succeeded in making simple procedures so cumbersome that one would have no choice than to pay bribe. A transaction that can take 15 minutes to complete can be made so complex to take 2 weeks to complete. In almost all cases the head of the section is an accomplice. These things are happening because we have politicized all government institutions and those perpetuating these criminals are protected by political INDEMNITY! One sad aspect is that all bribes are collected behind closed doors expect bribes taken by the MTTD. The police who are mandated to arrest people giving or taking bribes collect theirs in the public, so what do you expect? Why would the MTTD be on the road at 3:00am, for the love of Ghana?

  I wanted a passport. At the time, it was processed by the Ministry of Interior. I went there before to help two French men and one lady to renew their Visa because they couldn't speak English. I struggled to get Internal Revenue to reduce the size of the bribe.
  
  When it was time to have a new passport, the were upon me like vultures demanding bribes so I played around like a rich guy traveling to Rome and Milan and instead asked them to list what they wanted as gifts on my return. Not only did they buy the idea but they passport was delivered in a day! I went there at 9.00am and the passport was ready by 4.00pm! That was the last time they saw my tail lights.
  
  I don't give bribes. It was the reason I couldn't get into the MATS at Teshie. It was also the reason I missed so many employment opportunities in Ghana.

  GSS has forgotten that whereas females can brine in kind, men can not.
  Men have nothing to offer but cash. They should stop this arm chair publications.
