Are you governing on instinct? The nation Ghana has no defined direction for development. Our politicians are doing 'waawaa' with our development. Today this, tomorrow that. Mahama needs to explain to Ghanaians and nurses in particular why he previously cancelled the allowance. But in any case, a poor country like Ghana do we need to continue paying allowances to nurses only to abscond to a richer country after completion of training? See how much is spent on footballer transfers. Something is surely wrong with us.
