I feel sad for Prof Akumfi anytime I read anything on this sky train case. For his contribution in teaching university students, he should not have followed politicians to this low grave. However I hasten to remind him that the charge is not on his criminal act. He might not have benefitted directly from the payment but by his decision Ghana lost $2m. That is the issue and so was the interpretation of that charge on previous occasions it was used. I pray for Prof though.
