  We are solving our problems with the same problems that caused those problems. What benefits do ordinary Ghanaians walking on our dusty roads get from these visits? At the end of their tenure, he would be arrested for causing financial loss to the state but as usual nothing will happen to him. Since independence, which national problems have we been able to solve? Our 2 major cities, Accra and Kumasi, are still link by a 'footpath' and we continue to record accidents every hour. We simply don't have brains.
