If that is the case then farmers should also be given allowance, do we have engineers in Ghana at all, they are all repairers, what have they manufactured ?

Every training allowance for any vocation or profession must be scrapped. It makes no sense to pay any allowance to any trainee. It is necessary to have free training but there should not be any allowance paid to any person ...

FREE TRAINING, YES BUT ALLOWANCE ON TOP OF THE FREE TRAINING IS NO NO NO.
A nurse with 6 months training is more valuable than a 4th year engineering student.
My first degree is in Electrical and Computer Engineering. I retired as a Senior Aerospace Engineer for the USA Department of Defense.

I agree to that but you should have added research money to it since schools needs money to buy materials to develop their products and equipment.It’s not too late to demand research money too.
