We share the streets with naked and semi-naked, potentially violent mentally challenged persons, whilst the relevant agencies, continue to hold seminars and conferences unperturbed.
Why is the Ghana Police always carrying dead bodies with pick ups? Can't they use the Ambulances from the Police Hospital?
